About Me
I have spent 5 years at McTimoney College of Chiropractic in Abingdon training to become a chiropractor. The integrated masters degree covered anatomy, physiology, pharmacology, pathology, musculoskeletal medicine and biomechanics. I have also been working as a sport massage therapist for the past 5 years alongside my training, using soft tissue release techniques. As a McTimoney Chiropractor, I am registered with the General Chiropractic Council and am a member of the McTimoney Chiropractic Association.

What To Expect
The initial consultation will involve taking your medical history and a full physical examination. The objective is to find out about you, your condition, and your health expectations and goals. Please bring any relevant health or x-ray reports with you. The examination involves; a full postural analysis and assessment of your spine, joints, nerves, muscles and ligaments using orthopedic testing. Any findings will be explained to you along with a treatment plan tailored to your needs.
