Types of Therapies
Massage
Massage is a therapeutic ‘hands on’ treatment, an execellent therapy aiming towards relaxation, stimulation and energising not just your body but mind and soul also.
Swedish massage is the basis for our massages which works on the lymphatic system to deeply penetrate and relax the muscles, loosening tense tissue and stmulating sluggish circulation.
Reflexology
An ancient holistic therapy involving stimulating, massaging and appling pressure to various points on the feet that correspond to the systems and organs throughout the body which stimulates the body’s own natural healing process.
It helps to unblock the body’s ten energy zones (chi) and will help to re-balance the body. This is an ideal ‘whole body’ treatment for ailments such as, stress and related disorders, emotional problems, circulatory disorders, digestion problems, insomnia, fatigue, migraines, sinusitis or for simply relaxation.
Reiki
A deeply relaxing Oriental healing system. Reiki is one of the fastest growing therapies n the world. Nail Extensions
We offer three nail systems- 'EzFlow' acrylics, 'Silk wraps' and 'Bio Sculpture' gel systems.
Full sets take an hour and a half and can be combined with glitters, shell and real dried flowers.
The nails are done purely by hand, this creates less damage and trauma to the nail bed, and then finished to the highest of standards.
