Holistic Massage is a great way to relieve muscular aches and pains whilst helping the body to release any unwanted toxins.
The aim is to provide the client with a sense of relaxation and ease some of the tension held in the muscles due to day to day stresses.
Helps to maintain good muscle health when undertaken on a regular basis. Can help to identify problems at onset. Help maintain complete balance between the mind and the body
Treatments are tailored to the individual needs of each client, as we are all different. A full consultation is taken at the first appointment and updated at every other appointment.
