Having over 17 years experience in Complementary Therapies and working in private and clinical practice. I offer bespoke treatments and a product making service tailored to the specific needs of the individual. Drawing on my own experience as a mother and grandmother and using the unique range of Kateye Blends essential oils in my practice, I specialise in supporting adults and children who wish to enhance wellbeing.

Reflexology is a non intrusive complementary health therapy and is a very individual treatment which works with you holistically. The theory is that relexology helps the body to restore its balance naturally and assist the body's natural healing. Usually you may feel relaxed and tension may be reduced after a treatment. You may sleep better and you may notice a feeling of improved mood and general wellbeing. I am a full practitioner member of the Association of Reflexologists (AOR) and have worked with a wide variety of clients of all ages, including pregnancy.

Aromatherapy Massage 30 min £18 1 Hour £30
Touch is a primary human need, and massage has been rooted in human culture for thousands of years. The Chinese were practising massage from as long ago as 3000 BC. In ancient Greece athletes used massage before and after competing. Massage is suitable for most adults, but there are certain conditions where you should avoid massage. Therefore all treatments begin with a consultation to ensure wellbeing is maintained. During aroimatherapy massage only the highest pure grade essential oils and base oils are used to help optimise the treatment, and therefore improving well-being.

Thermo-Auricular Therapy (Hopi Candles) 45min £27
Originally used by the Hopi Indians of North America (hence the name Hopi Candles) as a cleansing ritual. Ear Candling is a relaxing treatment which may reduce the build up of ear wax, ear discomfort or sinus congestion.
