About Me
My interest in acupuncture started after receiving treatment.
I was completely surprised, intrigued and overwhelmed by the effectiveness and sense of wellbeing I felt from the treatments, so I started to do some of my own research into the benefits of acupuncture. This ultimately led me on the path to becoming an acupuncturist by enrolling at the Northern College of Acupuncture and graduating with a BSc (Hons). I have to say, being a Malaysian Chinese, this really was the start of the journey back to my roots.

About Treatments:
The 1st consultation for acupuncture treatments is 1.5 hours and subsequent treatments last for an hour.

In the West it is only in the past few decades that Acupuncture has become a more accepted method of alternative medicine.
One of the basic principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine Acupuncture is that of Qi, the vital energy which flows throughout the the body. When Qi is not flowing freely you may feel unwell or suffer from aches and pains just to name a few. It is through Acupuncture and using extremely fine needles at specific points on the meridians in the body that helps to restore the flow of Qi and regain a balance between the body and mind.
