Introduction
My work is as a healing practitioner, ethical business consultant & trainer and one-to-one mentor.
I am an accredited healer of the College of Psychic Studies in London where I also work as a tutor in the healing faculty. I am also an experienced trainer and mentor with extensive business experience, having worked for a number of large corporations for 17 years. I left in 2000 to set up my current business and my healing practice. I take an ethical approach in all my work and have an academic background in psychology, philosophy and ethics (BA hons).
Healing: I have been involved in healing for most of my life, growing up in a family of healers. For the last nine years, I have trained and worked with the College of Psychic Studies (CPS) as a healing practitioner, tutor, healing clinic and workshop leader. I have a strong belief in the power of integrated medicine and have run workshops at CPS where doctors, nurses and complementary practitioners have come together to learn about each other’s approaches, for example, how they work with serious illness. In particular, I have organised workshops on cancer, mental illnesses, HIV/AIDS and addiction.
I work with clients using a range of healing methods. I support and encourage them to understand that all living beings have an innate ability to achieve a perfect state of balance in body, mind and spirit. The purpose of healing is to enhance and empower the individual in finding that point of balance with the support of their healing practitioner.
Ethical business consultancy & training: After I left the business world to start my own business, I realised that many practitioners had little or no idea of how to set up and market their practices. This led me to design and run a number of different courses for practitioners including “how to set up and run your private practice.”
Mentoring: I have many years experience of working one-to-one with people from all walks of life who have a wide range of issues and problems, from how to continue to grow their businesses to managing a time of personal change and challenge. I use a range of techniques to support my clients in reaching their own solutions. We work out together, practical and realistic actions that the client can take. Please note that whilst I do use counselling techniques in this work, mentoring should not be confused with counselling or psychotherapy.
Appointments for healing and mentoring sessions can be booked in the daytime and evenings.
