Lotus Holistic Healing offer Swedish Massage, Advanced Body Massage, Reflexology, Aromatherapy, Indian Head Massage, Holistic Facial Massage, Hopi Ear Candling, Nutrition, and Stress Management Sessions. Stress Management can look at everything from work place stress to anxiety, depression and addiction. Lynn also does counselling and specialises in addiction.

Alternatively treatments and sessions can be done in group sessions for Pamper Days, Hen Parties, Health Days/Fairs etc. or they can be offered at a corporate level within the workplace.
Chill @ Lotus consists of a team of therapists who have been specifically brought together to work in music/entertainment events (gigs, tours, festivals etc.) Lynn having experience along with a BA in Commercial Music proves to give us more of an in-depth knowledge of the business, therefore able to cater for and meet needs of the business more effectively and efficiently! A 50 mile radius of Houston in Renfrewshire can be covered if required. Highland and Island work will also be covered for multiple bookings or group sessions.

My initial training was in Nutrition with the Nutritional Healing Foundation in 2004. From there I went on to do Holistic Therapies at Cardonald College in Glasgow in 2007, followed by a post graduate course in Stress Management. I am fully qualified and insured in Advanced Massage, Aromatherapy, Holistic Facial, Hopi Ear Candling, Indian Head Massage, Nutrition, Reflexology & Deep Abdominal/Colonic Massage, Swedish Massage and Stress Management. The Diploma in Advanced Body Massage was taught by Elaine Liechti, director of the Glasgow School of Shiatsu. I currently also work as a volunteer counsellor with people with addictions.
All my certificates are verified and accredited by the Vocational Training Charitable Trust. (VTCT)
I am a Member of the Stress Management Society and also the International Council of Holistic Therapists (MICHT) through the Federation of Holistic Therapists. The FHT is a regulatory body which seeks to establish and maintain high standards of treatment by holistic therapists to protect the public. All members are bound by a strict Code of Ethics which can be found at the FHT website www.fht.org.uk
