About Adrian Hi my name is Adrian Kent and I am the owner and therapist here at Lotus Therapies. I have been interested in balance and harmony, for body, mind and soul since a young age.
For twenty years I have been following a spiritual path and for the last ten have been practising daily meditation. This has established a great foundation for me as a holistic therapist.
In 2005 my world of holistic therapies began when I received level 1 and 2 reiki attunement from Dr Neeta Jain. She is a reiki grand master in a lineage of reiki masters tracing back to Dr Mikeo Usui the founder of the traditional reiki system.
Since then I have qualified in Indian head massage, Swedish massage, aromatherapy massage, and reflexology. I am currently studying for the level 4 qualification in sports massage at City college, here in Brighton.
I am dedicated to my work, and offer my clients a personal, friendly, yet professional treatment every time.
Our Therapies Include Indian Head Massage: A relaxing massage concentrating on upper back, shoulders, neck, head and face.
Neck, Back and Shoulder Massage: A focused massage on specific areas of tension or a general massage for health and well being.
Aromatherapy Neck, Back and Shoulder Massage: As above but including up to three aromatherapy oils for that extra effect.
Reiki Healing: Powerful energy work to help a person on a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level.
Reflexology: This treatment works on reflex points on the feet that correspond to different parts of the body.
Swedish Massage: A full body massage to soothe aches and pains away.
Aromatherapy Massage: All the benefits of a full body massage with the extra luxury of aromatherapy oils.
