Transcendental Meditation is very easy to learn and practise. It is a simple, natural and highly effective technique practised sitting comfortably for 15-20 minutes twice a day.

TM requires no concentration at all, no new religious belief, and no change in life style or diet. If you can think a thought, then you can practise Transcendental Meditation. You don't have to get in the right mood or wait till you have more time.
