We have spent much of life in Health & Fitness and Sporting industries as coaches, exercise specialists and participants.



At Kinetic Body we are highly specialized, mobile personal trainers with a number of different programmes aimed at providing support to our customers in chasing their goals and dreams. Our training is tailored to each individual, so whether you wish to lose weight, improve your general fitness, reduce stress, maintain good health or rehabilitate from injury, we have a solution for you. We also provide sport specific services to those who wish to achieve maximal performance in their chosen sport, such as Nutrition, Biomechanics and Physiology. With Education to enhance your knowledge, we use specific training methods to help you gain results in short time frames.

Personal Training

Muscle increase & toning

Following an initial strength assessment session, we will provide you with a programme designed to increase muscle mass and tone through progressive workload. Benefits include a more defined and toned body shape, perfect for heading to the beach in summer.


Rehabilitation

Whether you have an acute or chronic injury, our team of exercise specialist trainers can prepare a specific strength and conditioning training adapted to your particular injury, a program to help you feel fit and functional. We use a clinical reasoning structure to identify priorities for rehab, allowing us to determine when and where to apply training in a specific and effective manner.

Cerebral palsy pre & post SDR surgery kinetic strength and conditioning

Following an initial consultation with one of our exercise specialist trainers, a realistic and attainable mobility goal will be set, such as head control, sitting balance or standing, and walking exercises. All of the recommendations made by the Kinetic Body specialist trainer will comprise part of a holistic strength and conditioning programme, taking into account and working in conjunction with other programmes that the person is involved in. All exercises will be designed specifically to suit individual needs and abilities.

Occupational kinetic strength and conditioning

An acute injury or chronic problem that does not allow you to perform daily tasks with ease can be a great concern. Occupational kinetic strength and conditioning training can help a wide range of people with different injuries. Our goal is to understand each person’s requirements and lifestyle, subsequently creating the best strength and conditioning programme for each person.


Sports Performance S&C

No matter what your goals and ambitions are, we can help you reach your full potential using our years of experience in sports coaching and training.

Our method

Following an initial consultation with one of our exercise specialist trainers, we can help you develop your functional strength and power, enhance endurance, improve balance, and minimise the chance of injury. Using Physiology, Biomechanics and the latest training techniques to improve your strength and conditioning, we help you reach your full potential. The process will involve performing precise sporting movements at a high level, which will result in improved performance. The quality and nature of these movements will vary between athletes practising different sports and also between athletes within the same sport. Once the specific individual needs have been identified by our exercise specialist trainer, you will be measured and tracked throughout the course of the programme to ensure that individual goals are achieved.


Swimming & Triathlon

Whether you have a home pool or access to private swimming facility, our swimming exercise specialist trainers will provide you with an elite training program that will help you achieve your personal goals, creating progress performance to make every second count.

Program explanation

Our swimming specialist trainers will help you improve your swimming technique through a variety of drills aimed at increasing your stroke efficiency. Specific and individualized workout sessions will be designed for inside and outside the pool. Cardiovascular fitness and propulsive force will be enhanced, reducing resistance and experiencing significant performance improvement.

My son is nearly 5 years old has Cerebral Diplegia, and is pre SDR, we want to build up his strength as much as possible to hopefully help his recovery once he has had the operation. We asked Mark if he would work with our son, and we have not looked back. He has been working with him now for over 3 months and has made a significant difference to his overall strength and balance. The sessions are hard work and run for a full hour. I know when Mark gives praise it is for something that has been done well. He focuses on building up the core and doing every day movements correctly, for my son this is crucial. Having not trained for a few months and feeling really unfit, we started training with Alex about a month ago. His sessions are great. They vary session to session which keeps it interesting and working out in Clapham Common makes it's much better.
