It gives you the power to heal yourself and put you back in charge of your life.

Even after years of suffering, you can still be freed from its negativity and put back in control of your thoughts and actions, allowing you to enjoy life to the full once again.

Numerous testimonials from around the world praise the results following TFT treatment. Otherwise known as, “Tapping”, TFT has provided a wealth of people with relief from experiences traumatic events such as Kosovo, 9/11 and the Nairobi bombings. People debilitated by phobias have also seen remarkable results following TFT treatment.

Renowned therapist, Paul McKenna (Ph.D), is a true believer in TFT and has been practicing it for several years. He has said of TFT, “….I never cease to be amazed by the powerful effect that it (TFT) has upon people to change their lives for the better.”

TFT and PFT are versatile therapies that can rapidly alleviate a wide range of problems both physical and emotional. You are an individual and, as such, I tailor an individual treatment for you.

Amongst others, the following negative states of mind can be treated:

  • Stress

  • Phobias

  • Trauma

  • Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)

  • Cravings

  • Shame

  • Guilt

  • Anger

  • Physical Pain
I understand that many issues may be difficult for you to talk about and re-living them can bring about more upset, however, you can take solace in that TFT and PFT do not require you to tell me the ins and outs of your upset. This is one of the reasons why some clients find this form of therapy so appealing.

About Me

For many years I have been interested in health and helping others. I am qualified in Reiki I and Reiki II and practiced it for several years, enabling my clients to overcome various ailments, be it physical or emotional. Reiki is a wonderful treatment but when I heard about a system in the US (Thought Field Therapy) coming over to the UK, I was very intrigued.

Many areas of TFT sounded great – the results are often quick and many problems are solved in one just session. Many existing practices and techniques out there focus merely on the symptoms, which mask the underlying problem. TFT and PFT, however, focus on removing the very root cause of the problem. I also liked the fact that my clients wouldn’t have to re-live their anxieties / stresses / phobias / anger etc by talking about it. The client simply has to think about their issue whilst I show them a number of specific acupressure points to tap on their body.

I am a fully qualified Advanced Thought Field Therapist and also trained and qualified as a Parts Field Therapist. I have undergone full algorithm training and am also a member of the British Complementary Medical Association, NHS Trusts Association, British Thought Field Therapy Association and the Association for Thought Field Therapy.

Since 2003, I have dedicated much of time to TFT and PFT continue to do so by attending regular meetings with Charles Stone, the co-founder of PFT, and maintaining an avid interest in relevant articles to keep on top of advances in the therapies.
