About Us Jan Howarth studied Reflexology with Vicki Pitman in 1996 at Yeovil College, and has since explored other forms which have expanded her knowledge of this effective therapy. She trained for 4 years with Sonia Moriceau at the Healing-Shiatsu Centre in Herefordshire completing her studies in 1991.
Jan is also a painter, originally taking a Fine Arts Degree, followed by a PGCE in teaching and Art Therapy, a skill she used working for the Richmond Fellowship in London for 5 years. She also worked as a theatre designer and teacher. She enjoys Qi Gong, T'ai Chi, swimming and walking.
