I am an Accredited member of the BACP and UKRCP and as such adhere to their Ethical Framework. I offer a safe space where you can explore and understand the issues and difficult feelings you may be experiencing.
The therapy I offer will enable to you to understand yourself and improve the way you feel about yourself and are perceived by others. Such enlightenment will empower you and enable you to experience improved fullfillment in your life and in your relationships.
Sometimes we all need time and space to reflect and process our emotions and our reactions to the circumstances we find ourselves in, the therapy I offer will provide such a space.
I have 12 years experience in counselling. My work includes private health care providers and local authorities staff care schemes. I have also been the Head of Counselling in a WPF centre and offer supervision to other BACP Counsellors.
