Reiki means Universal Life Force Energy. It is based on the premise that illness is caused by a disruption in the body's energy field or life force. Reiki is a wonderfully calming and relaxing treatment, the client lies on a treatment couch fully clothed with a blanket covering them while I carry out the treatment – Reiki is channelled through the healer to rebalance your system and dispel negativity which has built up in your body.
• Reiki and crystal therapy
I also offer Reiki treatment incorporating crystal therapy into the treatment. Crystals have many healing properties and can be used to enhance the treatment.
• Indian Head Massage
Indian Head Massage is a seated massage, which includes massage of the arms, back, shoulders, neck, head, face and ears, followed by balancing of the Chakras. It is based on the ayurvedic system of healing which has been practiced in India for over a thousand years. The aim of Indian head massage is to release the stress that has accumulated in the tissues, muscles and joints of the head, face, neck and shoulders. It may help to release the toxins and tension that have built up in your body over time, and will result in a restful nights sleep, enabling your body to recover from the stresses and strains of every day life. This massage can be performed with or without the use of oils.
N.B; If you do wish to have oils used on you during the treatment then please ensure you wear an old top/t-shirt.

Indian Head Massage – 45 minutes - £25
All treatments include a consultation in order to tailor the treatment to your individual needs and to rule out any contraindications.
I have a room in my home that I use as a therapy room and I am also willing to travel within a 15 mile radius of Clare, Suffolk to treat you in the comfort of your own home, charged at 25p a mile.
