Hot Stone Massage works on a deeper level to relax the client working into the muscle tissues the stones are warm and glide over the body with oils, the warm stones can be also left on the body while another area is being worked on.
We use Aromatherapy Oils such as Lavender and Frankinsence, we use them to suit your needs at the time of your consultation for relaxation and stress.
Reiki Healing

Reiki is a Japanese technique developed in the late 1800'S By Mikao Usui who was the founder of the Usui System Of Natural Healing. Reiki is a healing process that works at bringing us into balance and body's natural ability to heal itself at all levels, whether physical, mental, emotional or spiritual.
Treatment
The client remains fully clothed and lies on a couch or sits on a chair and relaxes. The therapist gently places their hands on or over the body moving around you in a sequence of positions through the Chakras energy centres of the body from the top of the head back down to the feet.
The therapist acts as a channel for the Reiki energy to go to wherever its needed most within the body,You may feel tingling or warmth as the energy flows to you from the therapist while the treatment is carried out most clients are so relaxed they fall asleep and awake relaxed and in a state of harmony and peace.
Some people have experienced seeing beautiful colours,animals,people from their past,hear faint music and may laugh or cry as the emotional body releases its self while receiving Reiki Healing.

Seated Exercise Sessions
These take place while sitting on a chair,while a series of exercises and stretching are shown to the client using the movement of their Arms,Hands,Legs etc.
Twisting movements may be used depending on the clients needs, Isolation muscle groups may be worked on if needed.
Balls, Ballons, Sticks may be used to enhance the session,background music is often played for the enjoyment of the exercises.
