Inspirit Therapies is a complementary therapy practice run by Anoushka Lucas-Howells. Anoushka is a trained Massage Therapist, Reflexologist and Reiki Practitioner. She is also member of two of the UK’s leading regulating bodies; The Complementary Therapists Association (CThA) and the Association of Reflexologists (AoR).
Inspirit Therapies offers you a holistic approach to complementary therapy. In the short term treatments encourage relaxation and general well being. Day to day stresses and pressures are temporarily forgotten, providing an extremely beneficial and uplifting experience. In the longer term these treatments, combined with changes in lifestyle, can increase your vitality and can therefore make a profound difference to you, your life and the lives of those around you.
