I'm an experienced & well qualified therapist and have been practicing since 2002. I love my job and particularly enjoy helping people to recover from injuries and long term problems. I believe it's important to be able to trust your therapist completely and am sympathetic and friendly by nature. I am fully insured.
The therapies listed below can be used to address specific conditions or areas of concern and can provide regular maintainence once you're pain-free. Each session is customised to your individual needs.

The bodywork therapies will be combined in each session to optomise your progression towards fluid movement and painfree health.
• Athletes and Sports People
You know your muscles need this! Give the tools of your sport the attention they need to perform to the optimum. Enhance training gains with a regular maintainence and recover quickly from injury. Conditions regularly treated include; rotator cuff problems, tennis/golf elbow, groin strain, hamstring tear, back pain etc
• RSI / Postural Pain
Deep massage techniques, very gentle manipulation, effective stretching and advice on how to rebalance your posture combine to give you the result you've searched for - A PAIN-FREE LIFE!
There is a non-judgemental approach at Inside-Out, all massage incorporates sympathetic and discreet use of towels so at no time will you feel exposed. Thai massage is given fully clothed.
1/2 hour couch time - £30.00
1 hour couch time - £50.00
1 1/2 hours couch time - £70.00

PILATES CLASSES & ONE-to-ONE TRAINING
•A non-impact system of exercise that focuses on the deep core muscles
•Strengthens and tightens the abdominal muscles to protect your lower back, aiding in injury prevention and spinal health.
•Lengthens muscles as they are strengthened, resulting in long, lean, strong muscles
•Improves alignment and posture
•The movements, coupled with breathing, are designed to reduce stress and tension, leaving you refreshed and not exhausted.
Courses run in Bracknell and Woodley, morning and evenings are available, maximum of 12 participants per class.
Courses run for between 5-8 weeks, and work out at £8 per session
