Personal Treatments
Reiki
The practice of Reiki is a method of healing developed by Mikao Usui in Japan early in the 20th century. The word Reiki is composed of two Japanese words - Rei and Ki.
Rei is a subtle wisdom that permeates everything. On a human level, it is available to help us in times of need and to act as a source of guidance in our lives.
Ki is the non-physical energy that animates all living things. When a person's Ki is high, they will feel strong, confident, and ready to enjoy life and take on it's challenges.
Reiki’s gentle healing energy is easily adapted to most medical conditions and may be used safely by people of all ages, including the newborn, pregnant mothers, surgical patients, the frail and the elderly, in any situation

Swedish Massage
Swedish massage is a very enjoyable and relaxing treatment. It employs various techniques to manipulate your muscles using aromatherapy and oils. As well as providing a general good feeling and alleviating stress it is also very beneficial for the body.
If you are feeling exhausted, or feeling discomfort in your muscles and joints getting a massage can help alleviate your aches and pains and release tension. A massage can be tailored around your needs, increase wellbeing and inner happiness and accelerate your body's natural healing process.

Corporate and Events
We can offer corporate on-site and location massage for your staff rewards and incentives, events, promotions or special occasions.
We recommend a 10 - 15 minute back neck and shoulder chair massage or reiki taster session but can tailor our service to suit your business needs.

Crystal Healing is the art of laying stones in coordination with the body’s energy field, energy centers and energy pathways

A variety of complementary crystals are used during a Crystal Healing session. The specific crystals are selected based on the individual healing properties that will be most beneficial to the client’s situation making each healing session tailor made to the clients needs.
