I am an experienced Organic Gardener and a newly-qualified Nutritional Therapist with formal qualifications in Holistic Therapies, backed by years of private research into the subject of alternative health, I can offer a complete Holistic Package to suit your needs.
With a passion for encouraging individuals to take control of their own health through a greater awareness of the power of Nutrition and its influence on body, mind and emotions I am now able to offer private one-to-one Nutritional Therapy consultations.
As a full member of the British Association of Nutritional Therapists (BANT) the Nutrition Society (NS) Nutri people, the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT) and a member of the Soil Association, I am continually updating my field of expertise. By regularly attending professional development courses, meetings, talks and seminars I am able to keep abreast of the latest developments and ideas in the field of Nutrition, Holistic Health and Therapy.
I am also available to provide small group/corporate talks on Nutritional Therapy.
