Counselling / Psychotherapy provides an opportunity for you to share your troubles without being judged within a caring, supportive, secure environment. It is a time and space for you to address the issues that are important to you.

My approach is to be warm, compassionate, accepting, empathic and supportive. Anything discussed is within the strictest confidence* except in the rare exception where lega/lsafety issues arise - e.g. your life or someone else's life is at risk. or of potential serious harm.

There are times when it can be helpful to talk to someone in privacy and independent of your circumstances. Counselling can help explore various aspects of a client's life, relationships and feelings. Both short and long term Counselling / Psychotherapy is offered in a professional and caring environment. A decision to start seeing a Counsellor is a way of creating space in your life to attend to your key issues. Counselling / Psychotherapy can help in many different ways enabling the client to find a way forward in their situation, and often to discover that light and hope can emerge from the darkness.

Additionally, I provide from my 20+ years of experience high quality Services for Clinicans and Professionals whether Trainee, Counsellor or other Professionals such as Psychiatrists and Psychologists. In summary these services include confidential Personal Therapy, Supervision and Consultation Service.
