About Us
I started my immersion into holistics in 1983 by studying Reflexology which has the perfect mix of physically grounded techniques while having a strong connection to the energy of the healing spirit. Reflexology is such a simple, effective and relaxing experience and I still love to practice it after many years and many advanced studies. From there it seemed natural to learn Massage and Aromatherapy and the Healing came without thought or effort through my hands as I worked. Later, after suffering from food intolerances myself, I was delighted to find NAET (Nambudripad’s Allergy Elimination Technique) and apply it to myself with spectacular results and then offer it to others. In a world that can seem full of danger and stress, allergies and intolerances have become more and more prevalent.
I have always loved singing and sharing acapella songs in Brighton, sharing world music, folk tunes, gospel and spiritual songs which lift your heart and fill your body with breath and energy. I have also enjoyed the Heart Beat of the Drum, especially Shamanic and chanting mantras. Combining music and healing in individual or group sessions is a pure pleasure. The Sound Work is profoundly natural and gentle and strives to empower us all to better understand ourselves and live joyfully.
I can’t help it, the Healing and Reiki run through all aspects of my work, coupled with a deep and intuitive knowledge of the human energy system and the nature of illness, the meridians and the body. I am a Body Practitioner and enjoy working through the magic of the Body, learning how to read the Health and Well-Being of a person through the “language of the feet”, muscles that talk, meridians, the aura, energy and sound resonance from the cells to the outer persona. Learning how to effect change and stimulate health is a pleasure.

Sound Healing
The best way to get most benefit out of Sound Healing is to be open and free and allow the healing sounds to wash over you or come up from inside and organically and naturally “re-tune” the emotional, physical and energetic body back to the perfect blueprint. Toning, chanting and singing with others amplifies or magnifies this healing and encourages feelings of unity as if the group is like a flock of birds flowing together effortlessly and creating an instinctive wave of sound.
