It is only in the last decade that this therapy has now filtered to the West.
What is an Ancient Tibetan Hot Stone Massage?
This is a cellular healing therapy that is a rejuvenation and re-generation of healthy new cells. This ancient massage treatment to today is done on a 21 day cycle by the Tibetan monks and was first introduced by the Dalai Lama.
The treatment is a combination of Reiki Healing, Cellular Massage and unplugging of the Chakras to encourage the positive growth of new cells into the body.
A full body massage includes the balancing of acupressure points, lymphatic drainage, reflexology and setting meridians.
This is available as a full or half (front or back) treatment - The Massage is completed within a combination of 3, 7 & 21 strokes.

What is Reiki?
Reiki is an ancient healing technique that uses chi energy to heal and balance the electromagnetic field within our bodies to harmonise physical, emotional, mental and spiritual imbalances.
Reiki, stems from the Japanese ‘Rei’ which means universal and ‘ki’ is best described as ‘life force energy’ which is found in all living matter.
Where is it from?
Reiki was developed by Mikao Usui in the early 1900s in Japan where it was used for self-healing, self-development and to treat others.
How Reiki is used as a treatment?
Clients are usually asked to lie down fully clothed, while the practitioner carries out the treatment with either a soft contact or non contact approach. Here the practitioner will move a round particular areas of the body and harmonise the chi.
