"I run a Mind, Body, Spirit group in Hartlepool which meets on the fourth Thursday of the month at York Rd Central Library at 6.45-9p.m. We have a range of speakers and discussions and social events and workshops throughout the year. It has been running for four years and is a great way to meet like minded people.
