Find peace and wellness in our new Yoga Studios, offering Yoga, Pilates and a wide range of holistic treatments. Our intimate class sizes (maximum io people) will help to take you further in your wellbeing journey.

Choose from beginner to advanced classes in a style to suit you. There will be something for everyone including mums to be.

Our mission is to inspire you to integrate wellness into your life. As part of the Aveda Lifestyle Salon and Spa we are mindful of your overall experience. Our Yoga studios are designed for you to enjoy the ultimate experience of comfort whilst enjoying time for yourself and improving your overall health and well being.

Yoga

Yoga is one of India’s ancient philosophies based on strengthening your physical, mental and spiritual capabilities to experience overall health and happiness and improve the quality of your Life.

Yoga as a generic term, refers to a way of life incorporating physical postures, breathing exercises and meditation designed to improve health and well being. Yoga is taken from the Sanskrit word ‘Yuj’ meaning ‘union’. The ancient teachings emphasize the union of the body and mind. Of all forms of movement, yoga is one of the most universally recommended, and one of the most effective from a holistic standpoint.

Pilates

Like Yoga, Pilates has something to offer everyone, whatever age or fitness level. Pilates, as taught by Joseph Pilates, is a mind-body exercise which will target the core stabilising muscles. It aims to achieve a strong girdle of strength, allowing for correct body alignment and posture, thus minimising physical injury.

Modified Pilates is a gentle and safe form of exercise where you can work at your own pace, even as part of a class. Exercises are aimed at retraining postural muscles to support the spine during every day activities.
