My name is Phil Turton and I am pleased to offer a range of services and interventions that can help make a positive difference to your life.
I am based in Chatteris in Cambridgeshire and can offer appointments either here or I can visit you at your home if you prefer. I also have alternative venues by arrangement around the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough area.
Hypnosis is a relaxed state of mind and body that allows your mind to be more receptive to suggestions of change by allowing your conscious mind to take a back seat and your sub-conscious to be more accessible. You are in control at all times and able to terminate the therapy should you so wish.

Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP)
This science utilises the way our mind gathers and processes information to re-programme our responses and attitudes to a more positve effect. It looks at how we can build better relationships with people as well as define what we what to achieve with manageable steps to achieve it.
Various techniques are used for such things as phobia cures, confidence, self image and rapport building. These techniques can be used on their own or in some cases alongside hypnotherapy.
Stress is always present to some degree within our lives and in small doses can be a useful motivating factor. However over a period of time stress can have serious health issues for us as well as affecting our day to day effectiveness. It is therefore important to learn the fundamentals of stress and how it can affect us along with useful coping strategies.
Counselling is at the core of the therapy process as it is important to gain an effective working relationship as well as empathy in a non judgemental environment. By sharing your issues and concerns, in a safe and supportive manner the most appropriate way forward can be established. This may include some of the above techniques or further referral to another professional if appropriate and agreeable.
