About us
Gerardo Reis is a fully qualified naturopath with experience over the past 5 years in a variety of health conditions (eg. Fatigue, bloating, psoriasis …). His focus is on using diet and nutrition as a means of improving poor health.
He uses nutrition, herbal medicine and dietary advice to help improve health and address the cause of an illness. Have you ever experienced a condition and didn’t know the solution to eliminate the condition? Most illnesses are due to an underlying cause that has not been eliminated and therefore not been resolved. Gerardo Reis focuses on the cause and not the symptoms of a disease or ailment.
SERVICES
Prior to our first visit, you will be e-mailed a couple of forms to fill out. If the forms are not filled out prior to the visit, we will not be able to cover all areas we need to.
Naturopathic Consultation
Your first visit is approximately 45 minutes. In this visit the aim is to identify the cause of the illness and develop a treatment strategy to correct the health issue. For example a person may feel tired. Instead of only giving them B vitamins, Gerardo looks for the cause such as prolonged stress, poor digestion and poor sleep. Thus prevent fatigue from coming back in a few weeks.
During the first visit, Gerardo will review your forms, and will ask you many questions to get a full picture of your health history and your current health concerns. If you have any relevant test results from your doctor (blood tests, ultrasound reports), please e-mail them prior to your appointment, as they will be helpful Gerardo in his assessment. At the end of the first consultation, Gerardo will make some treatment recommendations, which he will follow up at our next visit.
As part of the initial naturopathic consultation you will receive a report explaining the treatment strategy, dietary guidelines, supplementation and lifestyle changes. Please note the report will only be e-mailed after full payment for the consultation is made.
If you would like to order the supplements recommended in the report, you can e-mail Gerardo and he will invoice you then mail it directly to your home.
