Why a personal trainer makes all the difference

You will have my full attention and support - and support doesn't stop when you finish a session - I am always at the other end of the phone. My clients can get hold of me when they need to.

Your programme will be designed for your specific needs. Someone to push you, to encourage you, making sure you are carrying out the correct exercises and most importantly, in the correct way. People often exercise so badly in the gym and then wonder why they get little results or none at all. I have clients who used to go to the gym but then decided to come and see me and after their first session they say that they've never worked so hard before and their muscles are a bit sore. This is good news because it means they have stimulated the muscle fibres which means they have worked hard. A good workout should leave you feeling energized and strong the next day.

Help you with your eating habits - I can help to guide you in what to eat and when - this is very important in building a strong body.

A good personal trainer will motivate you and keep you going. You can’t get out of it because you can’t be bothered to go to the gym - you've booked me!

Train in the privacy of our private gym, in your own home or in the great outdoors.

I can incorporate self defence in your programme, SAQ Training (Speed Agility and Quickness) used by most of the major sports coaches, elements of Yoga, plus karate - all things that will keep your workouts fun and interesting.
