We have a number of resitance machines by the main cardio area. There is a machine for each body part, so you can work the whole body. A selection of Hammer Strength and Resistance machines can be found in the main gym area.

Ladies Cardio Area
A quiet out of the way area for ladies only! Designed to give our female members more privacy. All cardio machines are the same as the ones in the Cardio Zone in the main gym.

The Toning chair system is a exercise programme for everyone. You will love the armchair comfort, the gradual intensity levels and smooth power assisted machines that take the stress and muscle soreness out of exercise. Studio & AB Room
You will be impressed with our Studio. We have a Boxing Ring, MMA Cage, and a variety of punch and kick bags. The Ab room is also in the Studio with a wide variety of equipment and machines to target the torso.

Changing Rooms & Showers
There are individual changing facilities for men and women. Each have their own changing room complete with lockers. For a locker key ask at recpetion and leave us a set of keys, phone, ipod, or £10 deposit.
