Welcome to Feel Alive Fitness

I'm Stephan Konrad the owner of Feel Alive Fitness, but before that I was working for the University Of Portsmouth Sport & Recreation Department for 4 years. With the University I was able to develop numerous skills in Personal Training, Fitness Instructing, teaching Group Exercise Classes, running Intramural and other events and much more.

I absolutely enjoy exercising and leading a healthy lifestyle, it’s the energy and the feel good about yourself that motivates me. As an Advance Boxercise Instructor I enjoy boxing training, and other activities I like are Cycling, Football, Running, Squash, Rugby, Cricket, In-line Skating, Hiking, you name it.

Before I got into fitness I used to lead an unhealthy and inactive lifestyle and was not happy how I felt. I changed that through regular exercise and eating sensibly, since then I have never looked back and feel great. Because of this, Feel Alive Fitness was born to help many others to achieve similar goals whilst outlining the benefits of leading healthier lifestyles.

Our Services Include:

Online Programme:
    Are you motivated enough to lead a healthier lifestyle but are not too sure what exercises are most effective for your specific needs? Then this online programme is exactly what you need. I will design a bespoke exercise programme for you after collecting enough information from you through email communication.
Fitness Assessment:
    With the help of various fitness assessments I will be able to devise a more personal and specific exercise regime for you. Theses assessment will measure your fitness level, upper body, lower body and core strength. Keeping these measurements on record will help you to stay motivated as we can fall back on them and compare them with current results.
Body Composition:
    This is a much more effective measuring tool then just using the scales. Measuring certain areas of your body with a tape measure and a skin-fold calliper I can determine your lean body mass and your body fat. It is more effective because you could have been exercising for weeks and your weight hasn't changed. But using the body composition method will reveal that you actually lost body fat and gained lean body mass and still weigh the same!
PT Session:
    With various training styles I will make your PT sessions as personal as possible, focusing and paying attention to your fitness needs. I will use the information from your FREE consultation, fitness assessment and body composition to device an exercise programme that suits you with achievable goal.
Boxercise PT session:
    You will gain a new skill, while having fun, exercise and bust some stress. The Boxercise PT sessions are just as personal as the standard PT session. You will learn how to throw jabs, crosses, hooks and uppercuts while being able to move and defend like a boxer just without the full contact.
Buddy PT Sessions:
    Have you got a friend that has got similar goals, then try the Buddy sessions. It’s exactly the same like the single PT but with a friend. I will pay equal amounts of attention to each individual in order to achieve your goals together. With the Buddy sessions you will motivate each other and train together.
Starter Pack:
    The Starter Pack is ideal when you have never exercised before or haven't exercised for a while. It includes 1 X Fitness Assessment Session, 1 X Body Composition session and 2 X PT sessions.
Packages:
    These are 12 week programme packs that lead to a specific target. I offer packages like the Beach-Look Pack, Special event Pack, Muscle Pack, Boxercise Pack and more.
Group Exercise Classes:
    I teach various classes from Boxercise to Core Stability. It is fun way to exercise in a group, meet new people with similar exercise goals and get those heart rates going. Charity Events:
    I run charity events to raise money for local charities.

Nutritional advice:
    I will ask you to record your daily food and drink consumption for 1 week. From that information I will be able to let you know what you are doing well and what not so well. Nutrition plays a big factor in leading a healthier lifestyle and it is important to make sure your diet is up to scratch.
