Allyson is a a caring and professional therapist, currently working on a mobile basis, whose aim is restore balance in your often hectic lifestyle, utilising such treatments as Reflexology and Reiki to achieve a better state of health and well-being.
You as an individual are unique and your treatment plan will be designed on the same basis - taking account of both your physical and emotional needs. You may need a simple relaxing session to unwind at the end of a busy day or a course of treatments aimed at a specific problem.
Complementary therapies such as Reiki and Reflexology should be seen as preventative as well as remedial - regular treatments can help to boost your immune system and help your body to make use of its own recuperative powers.
