Why not enter the spring in a healthy balanced stress-free state of mind after this long hard winter, with a Kinesiology check up which treats the whole of you and not just your symptoms?

Kinesiology is not just for people who are feeling below par. It can help you perform better at work, in sport and in other areas of your life, by working with a Kinesiologist who could help to identify what factors in your life you could do with more (or less) of.

It can help in achieving goals and changing attitudes, increasing energy levels, and enhancing learning, work and sports performance.

About me

My name is Jackie Belton and I hold a diploma in Classical Kinesiology I have been practicing now for 14 years. In that time I have helped people from 3 weeks old to 90 years young.

I hold qualifications in:

  • Digestive problems (my speciality)
  • Nutrition (including food sensitivity testing)
  • Counselling
  • Structural work – backs Necks shoulders etc
  • Emotional work using various techniques
  • Acupressure
  • Working with Chakras

I see a number of children. From babies who are tested through a surrogate, to teenagers with emotional, digestive and hormonal issues, as well as stress related exam issues.

I specialize in Digestive problems including bloating, IBS, Constipation and diarrhoea, which respond well to kinesiology techniques.

The Kinesiology Federation is currently conducting a clinical trial into Irritable Bowel Syndrome. It has been found that the non-invasive systematic techniques to aid mind and body harmonisation that are used during a Kinesiology session work extremely well with IBS, as it is often associated with stress and allergies, as are other digestive disorders.
Using Kinesiology, we look at the whole person not the symptoms, and treat the underlying causes where ever possible.

What is Kinesiology

It is a methodology which allows us to use manual muscle testing to identify imbalances in mind and body. The muscle testing tests the function of the muscle which in turn reflect the bodies overall state of structural balance. It also recognises that there are flows of energy within the body that relate not only to the muscles but to tissues and organs.

The client is assessed and treated as a whole not as a collection of symptoms.

Using a range of techniques, the kinesiologist can then guide you to understand what kind of changes would best support your physical, emotional and mental health.

What can I expect

At your first visit you should be asked to fill out a questionnaire which the practitioner will discuss with you in detail.

The treatment will be explained, and manual muscle testing demonstrated to you. the treatment is non-invasive and normally carried out fully clothed.

As any qualified kinesiologist will tell you there is no such thing as a “typical” kinesiology session. Most sessions last for 1 hour approximately, the content of each session depends on the client’s needs at the time.

Kinesiology is a bespoke treatment that’s as unique as you are
