Welcome to Earth Element
Earth Element aims to give complete confidential and holistic care to every individual who endeavours to be treated or given training within this special energetic space. There is complete time and space to care for an individual without rushing; giving a unique opportunity to attain peace and calm.
For beauty and holistic treatments it is an absolute one to one experience. A maximum of two students will receive Reiki training and attend the Workshops at a time.
"Earth Element Rustic Garden Retreat" is set in Frome, a beautiful part of Somerset. Awaiting you is a relaxing and calming treatment space within a cosy wooden retreat which sits amongst holly, ivy, herbs and an old apple tree and bay tree and is tucked away in a quiet and tranquil spot in the garden. Facing eastwards, the sunrise can be captured in the morning as the sunshine glimmers through the windows capturing the rainbow sparkles from the suncatcher. Alternatively, in the evening, on a clear night when the moon is waxing and full and a few days afterwards as the moon begins to wane, amongst the thousands of stars in the eastern sky blending with the outline of trees and shrubs, there is the feeling that one is attuned and at peace with nature. Sunrise and sunset treatments are available. This is Earth Element where humankind and nature are as one.
Earth Element provides workshops in most therapies that are listed which are designed to empower you in a transformative and creative environment and are lead by a fully qualified and professional therapist. Earth Element Shamanic Artwork is on display and for sale in the Retreat, and, Crystal Balls and inticate glass designs are made to order by Professional Glassblower in Frome, KT Yun (contact details on Artwork icon). Professional Usui and Karuna Reiki ® Training Certificated Courses are on offer on a one to one basis, or, one to two basis.
It truly is a retreat away from the hustle and bustle of busy life, and, the tranquility of the environment is timeless. There is a "special energy" here in which to have relaxing treatments, Reiki Attunements and be opened up to your Creative Being!
Aromatherapy Massage
A delightful and carefully selected blend of essential oils which appeal to your own unique sense of smell, and, the well being of your mind, body and spirit. A choice of the aromas are selected by you, leaving you feeling lovely, relaxed and whole!
Specificaly for the aromatherapy hand and feet treatments, pressure point therapy is inclusive within the massaging of the hands and feet after a warming spa and the application of heat therapies. Wonderful for tired hands and feet at the end of a very long day!!! Or a lovely pick me up during the daytime.

Crystal Healing
Crystals have formed over millions of years and carry great energy which vibrates with our own energy systems.
Crystals can rebalance your chakras (wheels of light) within your electro-magnetic field. Combined with your crystal rebalancing treatment you shall, in addition, receive Reiki for that "extra charge of life force" (Please refer to the Reiki page).
Crystal prescriptions to aid with your energy flow are part of the treatment too!
Crystal Ball Reading Workshop
A day of relaxation and learning on how to use the crystal ball by tuning into it's imagery for healing, forecasting, meditation and more! Care of your ball and preparation before doing any crystal ball work is given on the course. In addition, your very own personalised Crystal Ball can be made to order by local and professional glassblower, KT Yun. (Please refer to Artwork page).
Reiki Treatments
Reiki treatments involve hands on healing and rebalancing of your chakras, the energy centres within the body's energetic field. The treatment takes one hour, leaving you with a sense of peace and calm.

Reiki Courses & Workshops run on weekdays, Monday to Friday, from 9.30am to 2.00pm.
For dates of the various Reiki Courses & Workshops, in some of the therapies I practice, please contact by telephone or email.
Reiki 1 & 2 Courses are two day certificated courses for professional practice.
Reiki Master/Teacher Training is a three day certificated course for professional practice. (Please refer to the Reiki Courses Page for price list) .
Workshops are one or two day courses depending on the therapy.
Cost of all Workshops is £60 per day per person inclusive of materials and products used per day at Earth Element.
Support and advice is always available after completion of the Reiki Attunements and Training, and, on the various Workshop Training.
A list of Bed and Breakfasts in the area can be sent to you if you are travelling from afar.
QUALIFICATION DETAILS
My name is Amma Jane and I am a Registered Member of the Association of Holistic and Complementary Practitioners (AHCP) registered as a therapist and a Reiki Teacher. In addition I have spent many years as a Registered General Nurse registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council and am a member of The Spiritual Workers Association.
