Lava Shell Massage
This is a unique massage using the world's first self-heating tool, the tiger clam shell. The smooth shells are glided over the body with varying pressures, techniques and precision that aim to reach the deepest aches and pains as well as melt away stress and tension. This is particularly effective for those with digestive problems ie IBS, bloating as the massage and heat combined help to improve the functioning of the digestive system. Traditional Balinese Massage

Remedial Massage & Neuroskeletal Re-alignment Therapy (NSRT)
Remedial Massage is a deep tissue modality which is first administered before NSRT is done. Trigger Point Therapy is a remedial technique that is used to effectively help break down the knots within the muscular tissue. This allows the NSRT to work at a deeper level.
NSRT aims to relieve pain by re-aligning your muscular and skeletal system. This is achieved by the Therapist placing their fingers on specific points along the Central Nervous System to help relax the muscles and kick start the body's own natural healing process. This is a deeply relaxing part of the treatment and most patients feel an immediate relief from pain and in some cases need only have 3 treatments.
It can help with the following conditions: whiplash injury, joint pain, sciatic pain, scoliosis, headaches/migraines, managing arthritis etc. For older injuries, degenerative conditions or where nerve damage has occurred, NSRT can still help as a pain management treatment. Obviously the latter will take a bit longer to respond due to stiffened tissues.

Indian Head Massage
Indian Head Massage has been part of the ancient Indian medical system of Ayurveda which has been around for thousands of years. The techniques are aimed to invigorate and relax at the same time and therefore raises energy levels yet leaves you feeling utterly relaxed and clear of mind at the same time. It is great for stress, headaches and migraines, sinus problems, healthy hair appearance, tight neck and upper back muscles, dry scalp conditions.
This treatment is like a jolt to the senses - wonderfully stimulating and yet leaves you feeling utterly at peace!

TSUBOKI® Japanese Face Massage
This is a wonderfully relaxing and gently energising treatment suitable for men and women who want to feel great on the inside as well as the outside. Based in part on acupressure, it works on improving skin tone and appearance as well as enhancing muscle tone and lymph flow. It also aims to clear any energy blockages within the body's energy channels (meridians) which in turn affects the balance of wellbeing of the whole body.
Even better, many of the techniques can help to slow down the process of lines, wrinkles and help with any puffiness and mild blemishes - a natural facelift!
