All treatments can be carried out in the comfort of your own home or in the more tranquil surroundings of New River-Express Fitness for Women helping to relax, de-stress and clear your mind.

HOLISTIC MASSAGE
This massage treats the individual on an emotional, physical and pyschological level. It's calming, soothing and relaxing releasing all tensions and any anxiety caused by the stresses and strains of everyday life. Combined with both swedish and lymphatic drainage, this helps to remove any toxins and waste helping to boost your immune system, increases blood circulation, flexibility and
re-energising tight and aching muscles, leaving you feeling revitalised!!
HOT STONE MASSAGE
This massage is similar to the holistic massage but is carried out with hot and cold stones. These are used for a deeper penetration to a particular area of concern. Hot Stones creates a deeper penetration, inducing deeper relaxation as this soothes the nerve endings within the body. It increases circulation in the lymphatic and circulatory system, increasing oxygen and nutrients to the cell tissue, relieves and restores aching muscles to their former state whilst also absorbing negative energies from the individual. Cold stones have a very different effect, unblocking congested areas when used on the face and also reducing dark circles around the eyes. They leave skin firmed and toned.
SPORTS MASSAGE

Please note that a consultation is taken before treatments can begin. Your first consulation can take up to 20mins which is free and in addition to your treatment time.
