Debra Morrice has worked in alternative health since 2002 when she began an educational journey taking her through Thai massage, reiki, pregnancy massage, holistic massage, rejuvanessence and craniosacral therapy and is continuing with her training today. Her practice now focuses on working with Craniosacral Therapy, Rejuvanessence and Massage often combining elements of these in one treatment depending on the clients needs. She has been working at The Life Centre since 2004 and now works there on Thursdays, Saturdays& Sundays. Triyoga Soho Mondays.
SERVICES
CranioSacral therapy is a profoundly relaxing and powerful treatment with the lightest of touch. The practitioner holds a space in which the clothed client is able to let go of deeply held restrictions and tensions within the systems of the body. Various techniques can be used to held free the fascia surrounding the central nervous system and within the connective tissue allowing the body to realign, promoting better fluid flow and sometimes releasing long held emotions that occurred at the time of injury. Generally people report and amazing sense of wellbeing, a much calmer nervous system and a feeling of being restored on emotional, physical and spiritual levels.
Rejuvanessence® is a facial massage course that has been described as the ‘fingertip facelift’ and ‘angel’s touch’. It’s very light massage techniques has clients drifting off into an alpha state of relaxation whilst the therapist works through a sequence addressing the 91 muscles of the face and neck, freeing stuck connective tissue, improving blood and lymph flow, giving diet and nutritional advice. Visible results can be seen after one session.
Debra’s massage can be deep and relaxing and remedial. She is qualified in advanced massage techniques and holistic, & thai stomach massage and she often combines elements of her different training in one treatment dependent on the needs of the client.
Debra has been training in therapy treatments since 2002 after a long career as a jeweller. She is now passionate about treating clients and finding the best modality to suit their needs. She has trained in many techniques including CranioSacral Therapy with both The Upledger Institute and The College of CranioSacral Therapy, various forms of massage including therapeutic, deep tissue and Thai Stomach massage, Rejuvanessence® & reiki.
