Colour Therapy and Healing in its many forms has been used for thousands of years. It was used by many civilizations, including the Greeks and Ancient Egyptians. Colour surrounds us in our everyday life and has a profound affect on us on many levels - physically, emotionally, mentally and also spiritually. By actively using colour, a colour therapist aims to balance and enhance your energy centres, thus stimulating your bodys own healing process and promoting health, healing and well- being.

Sekhem
Sekhem is a high vibrational healing system that is channelled by the practitioner. It is believed to be the system of healing used in the ancient temples of Egypt and can be used effectively for easing symptoms of stress, anxiety, pain and illness.

Reiki
Reiki is a vibrational healing system that is channelled by the practitioner. It derives from Japan and gets its name from two Japanese words Rei and ki Together they mean Universal Life Energy.
It is an ancient system that can be experienced by either hands on or by distance healing.

About Agnes
I am a fully qualified Colour Therapist, Sekhem and Reiki practitioner. I also hold a COSCA Certificate in Counselling Skills.
I am a full member of IAC - International Association of Colour and a member of the Helen Belot Sekhem Association.
My aim is to offer a holistic service - treating mind, body and spirit, bringing the benefits of complementary therapies to as wide a selection of people as possible.
Each client will be treated with integrity and empathy and all treatments and healing sessions will be done in the strictest confidence. Each client will be treated as an individual and each healing or therapy session will be moulded to suit each clients needs.
