Aromatherapy is the use of healing essential oils extracted from plants and trees which are administered to the body through deeply relaxing therapeutic massage, inhalation, compresses and baths to help relieve physical and emotional ailments.

Aromatherapy works with the body as a preventative measure to maintain wellbeing and supports the body's natural healing process.
Each essential oil has specific healing properties. For example, essential oils with anti-viral and anti-bacterial properties are beneficial for colds and coughs. Oils with calmative properties are beneficial for stress and anxiety.
Essential oils work in harmony with massage to alleviate muscular aches and pains and encourage circulation, strengthen the immune system and promote the elimination of toxins from the body.
Treatments
A case history consultation is taken during your first appointment. Your treatment will be followed by after-care advice and/or a home blend.
NEW!! Facial Rejuvenation Massage: 60mins £45
An effective treatment targeting fine lines and a dull complexion this treatment boosts blood supply to the face and scalp resulting in a glowing more youthful appearance. Lymphatic massage is followed by a flower water spritz to stimulate lymph flow. An intense dry massage then lifts and massages the face and neck muscles boosting collagen production and blood supply. Your oil blend is then applied and worked into the face using marma point massage inducing a state of deep relaxation followed by a cold stone massage to cool and revitalise. A scalp massage completes the treatment.

A full body healing treatment combining deep therapeutic massage and a freshly made essential oil blend, this treatment brings about deep relaxation while improving circulation, stimulating lymph flow and easing aching muscles.

Specific deep tissue techniques target deep rooted tension and overworked muscles encouraging blood flow and leaving muscles softer and looser and you in a state of deep calm.
Pregnancy Massage: 60mins £45 / 90mins £70
A beautifully nuturing treatment combining therapeutic massage and a freshly made essential oil blend, this treatment brings about deep relaxation while improving circulation, easing aching muscles and helping prepare the body for birth. Suitable after 12 weeks.
Aromatherapy Relaxation Facial Massage: 30 mins £30 / 60mins - £45
A beautiful treatment using pure jojoba oil blended with your chosen essential oil depending on your skin type and any specific skin issues. Using gentle yet effective finger point massage to tone facial muscles, increase lymph flow and improve circulation this treatment also includes a neck, shoulder and scalp massage.
Aromatherapy Back, Neck & Shoulder Massage: 30mins £30 / 60mins - £45
A targeted treatment concentrating on the much overworked muscles of the upper body. Powerful soothing strokes work out areas of tension and optional deep tissue techniques unravel deep held tension. A freshly blended aromatherapy oil enhances the treatment resulting in reduced pain and enhanced movement.

Choose your signature essential oil blend and level of massage pressure for a calming, energising or invigorating treatment thats individually tailored to you.
About Me
I am a professionally qualified Aromatherapist with a Diploma in Holistic Aromatherapy & Essential Oil Science.
I trained at Neals Yard Remedies and am a member of IFPA (International Federation of Professional Aromatherapists) which ensures the highest standards of professional practice.
As part of my practice I regularly attend continual professional development courses to ensure I keep up to date with new techniques and develop additional skills.
