About Us
Clearaims was created as an answer to a problem which has been unsolved for many years - How do you help people that:
- May not want to be helped?
- May not know that they need help?
There are many programmes that attempt to engage people and move them on to employment, education, enterprise or training opportunities. Few have succeeded and none have seen the successes associated with Clearaims.
Clearaims’ directors have a combined experience of over 20 years in supporting people that are hard to reach, disadvantaged and not engaged in education, employment and/ or training.
Our work has supported many organisations to achieve their outcomes. These include:
- Job Centre Plus
- Primary Care Trusts/ NHS
- Local Authorities
- Connexions
- Youth Offending Teams
From this experience we have developed programmes of support that are proven in meeting the needs of many hard to reach individuals and groups.
These include:
- Young people at school (excluded or at risk of exclusion)
- Offenders/ ex-offenders
- People who are classed as Not in Education Employment or Training (NEET)
- Unemployed People, including those who are long-term unemployed and claiming benefit
- Drug and alcohol users
- Disadvantaged groups

All Abouts
All Abouts for Young People. Clearaims have developed an innovative range of one-day workshops – All Abouts.
The All Abouts have proved highly successful in supporting organisations (including Connexions) to help young people gain a greater self-awareness and build their confidence. The All Abouts are also key to exploring new opportunities and understanding what it takes to get on in life. To date* the All Abouts have had a 99% completion rate of feedback forms. Of these 100% said that the programme has in some way improved their chances of getting a job. *(5-11-08)
The Clearaims Programme
"The Clearaims Programme" is a unique combination of counselling, training, guidance and motivation techniques. The Programme is a flexible process which has shown great success in engaging:
- Young people at school (excluded or at risk of exclusion)
- Not in Education Employment or Training (NEET) individuals and groups
- Unemployed People (Aged 19+, including those who are long-term unemployed)
- Drug users
- Disadvantaged groups
- Black and Minority Ethnic people (BME)
- Women (Including young pregnant women)
Clearaims Aged 13 - 15 Year Olds
"The Clearaims Programme" is a model of engagement and support that has been adapted to suit the needs of young people (primarily aged 13 -15). Clearaims Ltd. has a team of skilled specialists who have a proven track record of working with, engaging, and motivating young people from diverse backgrounds.
Clearaims 16-18 (& NEET)
"The Clearaims Programme" is a model of engagement and support that has been adapted to suit the needs of people in the 16-18 age group.
The team are highly experienced in designing and writing successful external funding applications (including funding through private sources, LSC, ESF Co-finance, ERDF and Central/ Local Government. This experience could greatly support you should you or your organisation be applying for external resource for a new project.
Clearaims Aged 19+
"The Clearaims Programme" is a model of engagement and a proven technique in motivating people and creating ambition and aspiration. This model is applicable to all and benefits from the diverse range of people it supports.
