Welcome to Chiropractic 4 HealthChiropractor, Dr. Rachael Talbot of Chiropractic 4 Health based in Cathays, Cardiff is the first practitioner in Wales to offer the advanced chiropractic technique Network Spinal Analysis or NSA.
NSA offers an effective alternative to conventional techniques and is supported by an increasing body of research.
We work with several different groups of people, who share the common goal of wanting to lead a more fulfilling, authentic life.
NSA is different in several ways:
- The contacts to the spine are gentle with no more pressure used than you could comfortably place on your eyeball.
- One of our main goals is to teach you/your body a new way of being so that you no longer need to recreate the body that suffered from stresses, pains and dis-ease. Our focus is on you, not on your dis-ease, to help you develop new resources and a richer experience of life.
- Care is tailored to your needs, with frequency and length of care discussed on a regular basis so that your needs and expectations are met
- We seek to empower you with respect to your health and wellbeing
