HOLISTIC FACIALS
The perfect way to loosen up and unwind, a one hour long treatment using soothing, botanical skincare products and pure essential, blended for you personally, to suit your skin type and energy needs. An Excellent way to relax and unwind, nourishing your skin and improve and eliminated toxins are from the skin. Your first treatment will include an in depth consultation, to determine your skin type; to enable a safe, professional and effective treatment. All of the skincare products used are hand blended and free from any harsh chemical additives.
REFLEXOLOGY
I practice foot Reflexology, which is the manipulation of the reflexes in the feet that correspond to all parts of the body. Reflexology is a wonderfully uplifting and relaxing complimentary treatment which can help to stimulate the body’s own ability to heal – for it is the body itself that is the healer, the therapist merely encourages this process! It is holistic because it will stimulate every nerve ending in the foot and therefore every part of the body will benefit.
AROMATHERAPY MASSAGE
Aromatherapy is the practice of using the natural oils extracted from flowers, bark, stems, leaves, roots or other parts of a plant to enhance psychological and physical well-being. The inhaled aroma from these "essential" oils can help to stimulate the various systems of the body. Essential oils can also be absorbed through the skin during a massage, where they travel through the bloodstream whereby they can promote whole-body healing. Aromatherapy Massage treats the mind, body and spirit: it works on a mental and emotional level and the massage works the physical by encouraging healthy blood flow and oxygen to various parts of the body and aids the elimination of toxins from the body.
I use only the products from the Cherish range to help you balance your vitality, build on your energy levels, address any areas of tension or ailments, enabling your body to regain it’s equilibrium.

As well as Holistic Therapies I also offer a range of blissfully natural, aromatherapy beauty and body care products that have been inspired by a deep respect for nature. The Cherish range came into existence because of an increasing public and client demand for chemical free, natural products - As I have a Diploma in, and a real passion for Aromatherapy, I set out to devise a unique, holistic skincare range made from high quality, plant derived, organic ingredients - which would compliment the therapies I practice and be available for the public and therapists alike.
Many of todays commercial cosmetics contain harsh, synthetic chemicals and even petrochemicals - all of which can upset the delicate balance of the skin . I however, feel passionately about producing high quality, natural, skincare products that nourish the skin by using vitamin and mineral rich botanical ingredients.
All the products are hand blended with high quality, rich botanical oils and with top grade pure essential oils - resulting in a range of products that are kind to the skin as well as being therapeutically beneficial.
