The Natural Face Lift Massage is a wonderfully relaxing massage which proves that you don’t need to undergo expensive procedures (often carrying negative side effects) in order to look younger. Hopi Ear Candling
Hopi Ear Candling is a gentle, relaxing and enjoyable treatment that helps with many ear, nose and throat related conditions.
While you are lying on your side, a hopi ear candle is lighted and gently placed into your ear. It is held in place by the therapist as it burns down slowly, taking about ten minutes.
After both candles have been used, there is a fifteen minutes pressure point massage over the face and scalp to further help clear sinuses and leave you feeling relaxed and calm.

I’m qualified in Holistic Massage and have a Diploma in Natural Face Lift Massage. I am also a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists and am fully insured.
About five years ago I came across a book on Natural Face Lift Massage and immediately knew I wanted to learn more. The book was written by Kundan and Narendra Mehta – leaders in the field of Indian Head Massage. It was the Mehtas who brought Indian Head Massage over from India and first popularised it in the west more than twenty years ago.
There are various facial massages around, some better than others, but the Natural Face Lift Massage is the unique vision of Kundan and Narendra Mehta and by far the best and most effective both as an anti-aging treatment and for the ultimate in deep relaxation.
