About Paul
I trained as an NLP Practitioner in the Autumn of 2007 and am qualified as an NLP pratitioner and HNLP coach. NLP is the study of 'How we do what we, do in order to get what we get'. It works through problems not 'on' problems and equips people to get the life they want.
Over the last few years I have worked with a range of private and school based clients working through a range of issues, from fears, phobias and anxieties to smoking cessation and removing limiting beliefs.
I work in a range of styles using NLP strategies, timeline therapy, modelling, coaching and trance and relaxation and am skilled at making my clients relaxed and comforable so that we can work together to get the best outcomes. I also work with clients around confident communication skills, personal confidence, building and maintaining rapport, raising expectation and experience about life.
I am a qualified primary and secondary school teacher and have worked in both types of school. I have used NLP models to train staff to be excellent teachers, to develop social and emotional literacy curriculum and to work on an individual basis on issues including persistant poor behaviour to eating disorders and unhelpful habits.
