Welcome to Carole Park Healing ArtsThe fundamental aim of all of my work is to inspire and uplift anyone who is drawn to work with me wherever you are on your journey. Although I can remember having insights and spiritual leanings all my life, my real experience began approximately 10 years ago. I was frustrated with my job in sales and management and one day I experienced what I can only describe as a true calling to Tai Chi, I didn't even know what it was I just knew I had to do it and as the Universe would have it the first Tai Chi Form I came upon was Infinite Tai Chi (ITC): a very beautiful and spiritually advanced Tai Chi Form brought into the world by Master Jason Chan. Over the years I have experimented with other Tai Chi forms but for me ITC is the deepest, most versatile, inspiring and amazing Tai Chi Form.
The practice of Infinite Tai Chi, Chi Kung, Yoga, Meditation and Energy Healing and the study of different spiritual teachings including Taoism, Buddhism and A Course in Miracles expanded to my study of Yoga and the different approaches to the Yogic Path and my training with the DRU Yoga organisation.
