Welcome to Budding Bellies Yoga for Pregnancy


Pregnant but want to exercise?

Or searching for some calm amongst the 'white noise' of erratic hormones and information overload? Take a second and BREATHE...........

Pregnancy yoga can be beneficial to the health and wellbeing of both you and your unborn baby. Recent studies have shown that exercising women had lower stress levels and babies who were 0.3lbs lighter at birth on average.


Classes


Weekly classes running now every Monday evening from 8 until 9.15p.m.

Pregnancy Yoga can be beneficial to the health and well being of you and your growing baby. Gentle exercises combined with breathing and relaxation techniques are an excellent way to prepare For a healthy and stress free birth.

Learn postures that will gently stretch and strengthen without strain, Share experiences with other Mums to be in your area.

No yoga experience necessary.

British Wheel of Yoga Foundation course completed 2009
Yoga Campus Teaching Yoga in Pregnancy Qualification 2009a
Teaching on a weekly basis since qualifying
