You're welcome to have just one treatment or mix them up! Whatever you feel you need. Relaxing and making that special time just for YOU is so important. We can get so caught up in the hustle and bustle of life that we forget to just BE. Life, people, work, environments, family or friends, can all be too much sometimes, and if we don’t look after ourselves- body, mind, and spirit, we can find our struggles pull us deeper down, until we don’t recognise who we are any more.

I work with energies in all of my treatments, and love helping others to feel better in themselves and life, be it through my therapies or talking with them. I've given spiritual healing and guidance to others for many years, and hope to do so for many years to come!
