I am a qualified nurse who has trained in various therapies which I have found to be extremely beneficial in promoting health. I have often found it frustrating when working as a nurse, that complimentary therapies are given so little credit in the nhs, and even frequently viewed with suspicion, when my own personal experience has been that I have witnessed some amazing results from the clients I have treated. I have had particularly remarkable results using the bowen technique, finding it especially helpful to treat back pain, neck, shoulder, knee, hip, and ankle problems, as well as restoring the body to a general state of health by very gentle means. I trained in this modality with 2 physiotherapists who went on to use the bowen technique often in preference to physiotherapy as they found it worked so well! I am constantly amazed by its effectiveness and believe if the nhs would recognise its potential as well as other therapies then a lot of suffering could be alleviated!
I work as a mobile therapist treating clients in their own homes which I have found especially helpful with clients who have mobility problems who may have difficulty getting to appointments. I work Mon -Fri including evenings. Please feel free to ring to ask me anything, no obligation!
