We are situated in Wick, Caithness in the far north Highlands of Scotland. So completely private and secluded but only minutes from the centre of town.

We offer a wide range of therapies including holistic beauty, hypnotherapy, life coaching, massage, reflexology, reiki therapy & training, yoga, meditation and more. We also have a visiting therapist room available if you are a therapist who would be interested in joining our team.
Our in-house gift store is exclusive to our visitors and stocks some gorgeous natural and organic goodies from Neals Yard Organic, Lavera, Solgar, Yoga Mad, Burts Bees and many more.
About
VITALITY
Vitality was established in 2008 in Wick, Caithness in the far north Highlands of Scotland. Based in a Victorian mansion in it's own secluded grounds, our location offers complete privacy and tranquility less than five minutes from the centre of town.
We offer a wide range of therapies at Vitality from hypnotherapy & life coaching to reiki, reflexology, massage and more. Gemma, our resident beauty therapist caters for all your beauty needs using only the best of natural & organic products.
In addition to our in-house therapies, we run regular yoga & meditation classes throughout Caithness.
A visiting therapists room is available to rent on an hourly or daily basis. We also have a well stocked gift shop for our visitors.
In 2013 Vitality will be expanding to offer residential retreats locally and abroad.
Our Team
In Vitality, we have a team of four permanent therapists and an administrative parter. All our therapists run their own business within Vitality and all are qualified to the highest level and fully insured.
Donna Booth
Donna is the founder of Vitality. She is also our hypnotherapist & life coach, reiki master / teacher & therapist and zen yoga & meditation teacher.
Gemma Sutherland
Gemma is our holistic beauty & massage therapist. Gemma has a paricular interest in organic beauty products and uses Neals Yard Organics in her treatments. She has recently qualified as a reiki therapist and likes to mix a bit of reiki into her sessions.
Vicky Mackay
Vicky is our resident reflexologist. She also offers reiki and angel healing.
Aisling Girdwood
Aisling comes to Vitality from Hidden Hearing. She offers hearing tests and a hearing aid service.
Yvonne Booth
Yvonne is a partner in Vitality (as well as being Donna's mum) and makes sure that our accounts and finances are all in order.
