An experienced Psychotherapist and Reiki Master, she has a wide experience helping people develop confidence, get over anxieties, come to terms with losses, gain motivation and see things in a positive way.
A fully qualified and registered Counsellor and member of BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy) delivering integrative therapy using CBT therapy in a transpersonal and person-centred way increasing Confidence and Raising Self-Esteem. She is also an accredited EMDR practitioner offering EMDR therapy and a registered Hypnotherapist with the General Hypnotherapy Register (GHR) offering hypnosis for stress and anxiety or stopping smoking, weight loss or self-hypnosis training. Trained in Life Coaching, Stress Reduction, Relationship Counselling, Bereavement, Imagery and Dreams, Guided Imagery Therapy and Online therapy.
