Dr Yin trained for 7 years at a respected Chinese University in Chinese Medicine, Acupuncture & Massage. She has a Masters Degree in this subject. She has worked for 18 years in China & practiced for many years in England as a doctor in Chinese Medicine.
In China, Dr Yin was a high level hospital doctor with many staff under her supervision & has been involved in the editing of books on the subject of Chinese Medicine. She was also responsible for training University students in this subject.
Her great range of knowledge of medicine means she can understand the problems of her patients & give out the correct diagnosis via acupuncture, herbs & massage. She is based in Bourne and covers both Cambridgeshire and Lincolnshire.

Along with herbs & massage it is one of the most ancient systems of treatment known to mankind. It dates back thousands of years & the fact it still survives today gives credence to its efficacy.
Treatment is carried out by inserting a few fine needles into special points in your body. (The needles are disposable & never reused). The use of needles is virtually painless. The points are located on meridians or channels along which Qi energy flows. The aim is to unblock the stagnation of Qi as it is understood that disease is caused by energy blockages in those channels within the body.
Chinese Acupuncture & Herbs aim to reduce the imbalances in your body & therefore treats the whole body rather than just the symptoms. This is different to western medicine which usually concentrates on your outward symptoms & therefore often only alleviates your symptoms temporarily.
