FitTease is Active Life's brand new, innovative, ladies only class!
Taking inspiration from the planet's sexiest and most confident women, FitTease is not a dance class- it's flirtatious toning!
With exercises designed to improve your posture and firm up your abs, arms, legs and bum, this fun and challenging workout is for women wishing to tackle those typical problem areas, whilst feeling sexy and fabulous.

WARNING: Attendees may experience increased confidence and energy- let's hope everyone else can keep up!
